These are two simple scripts. I spent quite a bit of time Googling various things to create it as my batch file days are behind me. The first script suspends all active VMs. The second script resumes all these suspended VMs. The advantage of this over the tray icon to suspend and resume all VMs is that it stores the active VMs (that are getting suspended) in a text file so it’s easy to resume just these active VMs.
